Views of the exterior of the home at four sides. It will show the roof height, roof materials, siding, windows and doors and trim notes.
Exterior material notes and specifications.
Cabinet Elevations (optional).
If required then an additional fee will be required.

PLAN(S)
Locations of the lights, receptacles, and switches.
This is a duplicate of the
Floor Plan. And the dimensions are not shown for clarity reasons.
The drawing will have notes pertaining to:

CROSS- SECTION(S)
& DETAIL(S)
Displays a view along a cutting plane line cut through the home from the roof to the foundation. This viewpoint located at the cutting plane line will give the viewer the actual view of the interior of the home. This shows the relationships between the ceiling, roof, and foundation.
And steel columns, beams, and the foundation within a barndominium home.
FOUNDATION
PLAN(S)
Displays overall dimensions, location of grade beams, and plumbing locations for fixtures. Texas Graphix & Design recommends that the builder and owner seek advice, expertise and instructions from a Structural Engineer for the home foundation slab and porch slabs prior to any concrete construction.

Industry standard details for residential construction details. These details and notes are for reference only in order to guide the general contractor, builder, and owner. The final foundation design for the construction will be the responsibility of the general contractor, builder, and owner. Construction Drawing Plan Sets are typically drawn at a 1/4" = 1'-0" scale.
Most plan sets have approximately 8 to 10 drawing sheets for a complete plan set.
Drawing Sheets are 24"x 36" with a title block and border.
These drawing sheets are delivered in a PDF format.
