At Texas Graphix & Design, part of my service is to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from the planning stage of the initial preliminary layout to the Issued For Construction (IFC) drawing set.
I am dedicated to following up with any customer questions or concerns 7 days a week. My involvement also includes on site trips to follow up with any questions or concerns with the home builder or home owner.

Modifications to existing stock plans will require the

$ 50.00 to $75.00 PER HOUR
MODIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM OF 1-HOUR CHARGE FOR
ANY ONE REVISION REQUIRED)
THE FOLLOWING ARE EXAMPLES. AND ALL PROJECTS WILL
VARY IN TIME REQUIREMENTS.
FOUNDATION = 1 - 3 HRS.
STRUCTURAL EXTERIOR: (CHANGING ALL
PERIMETER DIMENSIONS):
MOVING WALLS = 2 - 4 HRS.
INTERIOR WALL MOVEMENTS = 1 - 3 HRS
CHANGE ROOF SLOPE AND EAVE HGT. = 1 HR.
CONVENTIONAL:
$ 100.00 to $150.00 PER HOUR
